About the Role:
7 Bazaari is seeking a dynamic Online Sales Manager to spearhead our online growth, build the brand's presence across digital marketplaces, and optimize sales through our website. This role will focus on driving e-commerce success, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Strategy & Execution:
- Build and execute growth strategies for marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Ensure optimal product listings with engaging descriptions, keywords, pricing, and images.
- Monitor platform algorithms and trends to improve product discoverability and sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketplace teams for visibility campaigns, deal enrollments, and other growth initiatives.
- Analyze and report performance metrics (GMV, conversion rates, reviews) for each platform and optimize accordingly.
Website Management & D2C Sales:
- Drive traffic, conversions, and repeat purchases on the 7 Bazaari website.
- Oversee website performance, content updates, and user experience improvements in collaboration with developers/designers.
- Manage customer acquisition campaigns through digital advertising (SEO, SEM, social media ads).
- Develop retention strategies via email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
Brand Building Online:
- Align all online activities with 7 Bazaari's brand vision to ensure consistent messaging and customer engagement.
- Implement creative strategies for enhancing brand visibility, leveraging seasonal campaigns, influencer partnerships, and loyalty programs.
- Identify emerging online trends and test innovative methods to grow the brand.
Operations & Inventory Management:
- Ensure seamless order fulfillment by coordinating with the production and logistics teams.
- Manage inventory levels on marketplaces and the website to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Solve operational issues like order delays, returns, or customer complaints efficiently.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze key metrics like sales performance, RoAS, CAC, and AOV across all online channels.
- Generate insights to support business decisions, forecast sales trends, and improve profitability.
- Prepare periodic reports to keep stakeholders informed about progress and opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue growth across online channels.
- Increase in website traffic and conversion rates.
- Improvement in marketplace rankings and visibility.
- Reduction in CAC and improvement in ROI on campaigns.
- Consistent improvement in customer satisfaction (e.g., reviews and NPS).
