Saarthee - Technical Lead - SAP Analytics Cloud (6-8 yrs)

Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to support a pharmaceutical client in leveraging SAC to enhance decision-making, streamline data reporting, and drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud, data modeling, dashboard creation, and experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to support business reporting and decision-making processes.

- Develop interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and reports in SAC to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Integrate data from multiple sources such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP HANA, and non-SAP systems to enable unified reporting and analytics in SAC.

- Configure and customize SAC functionalities according to business requirements, including data connections, data modelling, and security settings.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics for real-time reporting and analytics within the SAP S/4 HANA environment.

- Experience in designing analytics solutions tailored to pharmaceutical operations (clinical trials, regulatory compliance, sales analytics).

- Ensure all SAC solutions adhere to the pharmaceutical industry's data security standards and regulatory requirements, including GxP and GDPR compliance.

Requirements :

- Overall, 6 years of SAP Data & Analytics experience.

- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated environments is highly preferred.

- Strong expertise in SAC features including data modeling, planning, and visualization.

- Minimum of 4-5 years' experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, HANA modeling, or related SAP systems

- At least 1-2 years of AAC Experience with SAP S4 HANA/ SAP BPC as back end working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA CDS Views/BW Query.

- In-depth Knowledge of the following technologies is required:

- SAP Analytics Cloud (with AAC Designer)

- Story and Digital Board room Design

- Worked on at least 2-3 Full Life Cycle Implementations in SAP Analytics Cloud including (AAC) conducting Design workshops, requirements gathering, gap analysis, custom AAC development, Data model development and data loading, unit testing, integration testing and go-live strategies.

- Experience in review and approval process of the mapping document and convert functional specification to technical specifications by collaborating with functional team.

- Experience in creating stories Canvas, Responsive, Drill down, Year on year compare, Filters, Alerts, Conditional formatting, Graphs, and tables.

- Experience in Creating Users assigning security, Exporting content and Transport across the environment.

- Connections set up with security

- Good understanding of the business processes, identifying as-is processes and to-be processes and mapping business processes to SAC.

- Experience supporting and working with multi-functional teams in an agile environment.

- SAP Analytics Cloud or related certifications are a plus
