Job Description :

1. Hands-on experience working on SAP S/4 HANA ABAP.

2. Prior experience working on SAP ERP Implementation or Upgrade projects.

3. Must have at least 4-5 SAP project experience and must be familiar with SAP ABAP in WRICEF Objects

4. Experience working in multi-country rollouts (for ex across - LATAM, APAC, EMEA, etc.) would be highly preferable.

5. Experience with SQL and NoSQL on various relational database platforms such as Microsoft, Oracle, Hana, Postgres, and Cassandra

6. Should have experience in debugging and work on the enhancements and should be able to take the requirements from the functional team and cpnvert FSD to TSD and complete the coding along with Testing.

7. Should have knowledge on MM, SD and FICO modules

Daily Work Duties :

1. Build a deep understanding of client needs to identify the best data solution across many industries and specific challenges

2. Create, redevelop, and maintain scalable data systems and pipelines

3. Identify and implement optimization opportunities, such as re-architecture and automation wherever helpful

4. Perform root cause analysis on internal and external data processes to answer business questions and identify areas for improvement

5. Bring together complex data sets in formats that are functional for data scientists and client goals

6. Identify data source errors and issues and investigate and execute data quality enhancements

7. Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, policy analysts, and project managers to prioritize tasks, understand client pain points and challenges, and provide usable, relevant solutions

8. Strong verbal and communication skills.

9. Collaborative team player who is detailed oriented and focused on solution quality and execution.

10. Comfortable working across a wide range of project sizes and industries.

11. Function as part of a rapid response team to learn quickly and respond to ad hoc needs.

12. Provide consistency in data architecture across projects at the same client.

Key Skills Required :

1. Hands-on Experience with SAP S/4 HANA ABAP :

- Proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA ABAP development, including custom code creation, debugging, and optimization within the S/4 HANA environment.

- Deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA-specific features and functionalities, such as Core Data Services (CDS) views, HANA-optimized programs, and Fiori integration.

- Experience in SAP ERP Implementation or Upgrade Projects :

- Hands-on experience in SAP ERP implementation or upgrade projects, including system design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.

2. Experience in WRICEF Objects :

- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in developing WRICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) in SAP ABAP.

- Ability to manage and customize WRICEF objects to meet business-specific requirements and enhance SAP functionality.

3. Multi-Country Rollout Experience :

- Experience in multi-country SAP rollouts, preferably across regions like LATAM, APAC, EMEA.

- Expertise in handling country-specific requirements, localization, and managing configurations across diverse geographies.

4. Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases :

- Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases, including relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, SAP HANA, PostgreSQL, and Cassandra.

- Strong skills in data management, query optimization, and integration of SAP with external databases.

5. Debugging and Enhancement Experience :

- Solid experience in debugging SAP ABAP applications and troubleshooting performance or functional issues in the system.

- Ability to translate Functional Specification Documents (FSD) into Technical Specification Documents (TSD) and complete the development cycle, including coding, unit testing, and quality assurance.

- Familiarity with SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules.
