Senior Civil Engineer

Senior Civil Engineer :

The candidate will be based at our site in Bhopal, MP, and will also work from our Pune office whenever required

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision and Management:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure that projects are executed according to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Monitor construction activities, resources, and timelines to ensure that milestones are met.

Planning and Coordination:

• Collaborate with Pune team, contractors, and other stakeholders to plan and execute civil works.
• Ensure alignment of site activities with project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for the timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Quality Control and Compliance:

• Inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Problem Solving and Technical Support:

• Address and resolve any technical or on-site issues efficiently.
• Provide engineering solutions to optimize project outcomes.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Document changes to the project scope and manage necessary approvals.

• Skills and Competencies:
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel to and remain at project sites as required.
