Business Development Manager / Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

Dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Manager / Executive with 2-8 years of IT sales experience with proven track record, good communication & negotiation skills and market knowledge. Successful candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly / yearly sales targets set by the company. Preference will be given for candidates having experience in retail industry or barcode related products and solution experience.

• Responsible for Sales targets and Managing Sales & Support team
• Identifying business opportunity from customers across Telangana and Andhra market and acquire new business
• Prospect new clients, convert cold calling leads into sales
• Set up meetings with potential clients and propose appropriate solutions to cater to customer requirements
• Regularly follow up on leads and sales inquiries
• Negotiating and concluding sales
• Developing long terms relationship with the customer and customer satisfaction.
• Capable of handling full sales cycle independently and assisting sales team
• Should be able to achieve Revenue Goals and Gross Margin targets.
• Strong sales, account, team management and customer relationship management skills
• Providing regular (weekly & monthly) detailed activity and sales reports
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
