Quantity Surveyor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quantity surveying activities such as subcontractor billing, contractor billing, bar bending schedule preparation, site execution monitoring, and shuttering & concreting supervision.
• Ensure accurate cost estimation and budget management for projects.
• Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and prepare rate analysis reports.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of material requirements based on project blueprints and specifications.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.
• Use digital tools and software to streamline material estimation, procurement, and tracking processes.
• Proficiently operate quantity surveying and construction management software such as AutoCAD, PlanSwift etc.
• Assist in preparing final accounts and project handovers, focusing on material reconciliation.
