Deputy Presales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the presales team and ensure effective lead qualification and nurturing.
• Develop and implement presales strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align presales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Track and analyze presales performance, generating reports for leadership.
• Train and mentor presales executives to enhance communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ensure CRM system is updated with accurate lead information and progress status.
• Address customer inquiries, provide initial property information, and schedule site visits.
• Assist in developing scripts, presentations, and customer interaction guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in presales within the real estate sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize lead conversion processes.
