Billing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices, tax invoices, debit notes, e-way bills, and other billing documents accurately and timely.
  
• Verify invoices received from vendors against purchase orders (PO) to ensure accuracy.
  
• Follow up on outstanding payments from customers through phone calls or emails.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions in the system.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to billing.
