Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and ensuring their needs are met with high levels of satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Generate leads through direct marketing efforts such as cold calling, networking, attending events, and other direct sales strategies.
    • Identify and target potential clients and institutions that align with company offerings.
  • Sales Closure:
    • Present and promote products and services to institutions, closing deals through effective sales pitches, negotiations, and following up on leads.
    • Ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded within the given timeframe.
  • Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
    • Track and report on sales activities, lead generation, and customer interactions.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, deals, and potential leads in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate Field Activities:
    • Plan and execute field activities, including site visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Ensure field activities are coordinated effectively with the internal teams, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
    • Provide valuable feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams for strategy refinement.
  • Sales Targets & KPIs:
    • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management team.
    • Ensure high-quality leads are converted into long-term customers and institutional clients.

Desired Profile:

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in field sales or direct sales, preferably in [industry type].
    • Experience with B2B sales and dealing with institutional clients is a plus.
  • Education:
    • A degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
    • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Willingness to travel extensively for field activities and client meetings.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
