Field Sales Officer

The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering suitable product/service solutions. This role involves managing and expanding customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and increasing market share within the assigned territory.

Key Roles and Responsibilities.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals.,
• Develop a Team and Manage & motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets,
• Train and coach sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.,
• Develop and manage a sales territory plan to identify and target potential customers,
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and develop new business opportunities.,
• Analyze sales data and create sales forecasts and reports for management.
• Develop and manage the sales department budget and control expenses to maximize profitability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, market conditions and product knowledge.
• Develop and create sales collateral such as brochures, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Plan and execute sales events such as trade shows, product launches, and customer seminars.
• Evaluate the sales team's performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Negotiate contracts with customers to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in field sales or experience in healthcare industry preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Valid driver’s license.
