Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to prospective clients.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to guide sales strategies.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote the company and build professional relationships.
Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and present performance reports to management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT sales or business development, preferably in software development, staffing solutions.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field (preferred).
