IT Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Resolving an employee's day to day issues like internet connection issues, Network to programming an organisation's new cloud infrastructure
2. Implementation of strong data integrity & data loss prevention rules.
3. Responsible for All IT/SAP related software installation, upgradation & other changes as required.
4. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding IT performance.
5. Supports team member regrding IT, SAP, Domain Server complaint handling and awareness training required to improve their skills.
6. Adheres to all Companys policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
7. Devloping & Designing crystal report with creating query on query generator.
8. Resolve and Verify IT/SAP related queries like software installation, updation, network issue etc.
9. Supervising and maintaining MS Office, SQL Backups and SQL Servers.
10. Responsible for Set up Laptop, PC & Tab if any new employee join in company as per requirements.
11. Managing wired & wireless networking, configuring switches, Wireless Access Points, Internet Modem etc.
12. Configuring & Troubleshooting of Tally ERP 9, SAP, Barcode software, & all Instruments Software.
13. Responsible for Troubleshooting of DMP, Inkjet & Laser printers.

Preferred candidate profile

Min. 10-12 years

Preferred - IT industry , Else Automobile, Fastener etc.

MCA from regular is desired

B TECH/M Tech
Post Graduation from Any IT Backgruond
