Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for All DMS & MUSHIN related software installation, upgradation & other changes as required.
2. Resolve to all query related DMS or MUSHIN received from concern department on daily basis.
3. Provide training to new users on DMS & MUSHIN functionality and regular user if any changes done in module.
4. Manage all the DMS & MUSHIN modules and update them on time as required.
5. Creating reports by using queires, user defined fields, formatted searches and user .
6. Daily basis support to all technical team regarding issue while creating document in DMS & MUSHIN.
7. Maintaining DMS & MUSHIN Backups and Servers.
8. Provide timely feedback to senior regarding running issues and daily working.

Preferred candidate profile

Up to 1-3 years

BCA or any graduation in IT is desired.

Preferred - Fastener industry , Else Automobile, Industrial Products
