Role & responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Oversee industrial relations, maintaining positive relationships between employees, employers, and unions.
• Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws and regulations, including plant-level issues.
• Develop and implement effective labour welfare programs to improve employee well-being.
• Provide guidance on manufacturing industry best practices for HR operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-4 years of experience in HR generalist role or related field (plant HR preferred).
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations from a reputed institution.
• Strong understanding of contract labour management, industrial relations, labour laws, and statutory compliance requirements in the manufacturing sector.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
