Chartered Accountant

S.R. Dinodia seeks a Direct Taxation expert to ensure client compliance with Indian tax filings, assist seniors in complex tax matters, support in assessments and tax proceedings, emphasizing strong knowledge of tax laws.

Qualifications: Qualified CAs

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2-6 Years Income Tax experience
• Have the experience in assisting seniors in Litigation / appeals
• Good drafting skills for making submissions to be filed before tax authorities.
• Good interpersonal skills / Team player
• Should have good leadership abilities and skills, to be able to manage a team under him/her.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Technical Expectations;

• Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within time frame
• Have Practical knowledge of Income Tax Provisions and other relevant laws
• Working knowledge of Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements and concepts of international tax
• Experience in assisting seniors with tax litigations and drafting & preparing submissions in relation to assessments / appeals
• Experience in reviewing responses to notices, IT forms filing, filing of Income Tax Returns for all type of taxpayers etc. and is conversant with the new Income Tax Portal
• Computing of taxable income including based on IND AS Financials and ICDS
• Undertaking research on Income-Tax issues and assist seniors in advising clients on tax matters
• Updated with recent amendments in tax laws and legislative tax law developments,

Qualifications:

• Qualified CA
• 2-6 years' of experience of post-graduation professional tax experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
