Roles & Responsibilities:

✔️ Statutory Audits for Listed & Unlisted Companies
✔️ Bank Audits
✔️ GST Audits
✔️ Mergers & Restructuring
✔️ Handling Income Tax & GST Litigations
✔️ Income Tax Return Filing
✔️ Balance Sheet Finalization

Desired Candidate Profile:

🔹 Proficiency in Tally & MS Office, SAP will be appreciated
🔹 Prior experience in Statutory Audits, Balance Sheet Finalization, Tax Audits, ITR Preparation
🔹 Strong knowledge of GST Act, Income Tax Act & TDS Rules
