Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Troubleshoot and solve customer issues.
• Know products, services, and policies.
• Document customer interactions in CRM.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gather feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• Stay updated on products and support trends.
• Meet KPIs (response time, satisfaction).
• Suggest relevant products/services.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (Bachelors preferred).
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with customer service software (Zendesk, Freshdesk).
• Ability to multitask and manage time.
• Patience and empathy.
• Flexibility for shifts, including weekends/holidays.
