Subject Matter Expert

Role & responsibilities

1. Content Development:
• Create, review, and edit educational materials, including lesson plans, study guides, question banks, and assessments.
• Ensure content is linguistically accurate, contextually relevant, and pedagogically sound.
• Develop presentations for the teachers
2. Subject Expertise:
• Provide insights into English grammar, syntax, phonetics, semantics, and literary analysis.
• Address learner queries with clear, concise, and comprehensive explanations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and best practices
3. Collaboration and Consultation:
• Work closely with instructional designers, content editors, and educators to create innovative and effective learning solutions.
• Review and provide feedback on peer content to ensure quality and consistency.
4. Quality Assurance:
• Conduct thorough checks to ensure error-free content that adheres to linguistic and pedagogical standards.
• Identify and address gaps in existing content, suggesting improvements and updates.

Preferred candidate profile

• Exceptional command of the English language, with advanced proficiency in grammar, vocabulary, and style.
• Strong analytical and research skills for developing factually accurate and engaging materials.
• Familiarity with digital tools, e-learning platforms, and content creation software (e.g., LMS, MS Office, Adobe Suite).
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for varied learning levels.
