Senior Blockchain Developer

Key Responsibilities:

o Design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based solutions using platforms such as Hyperledger, Ethereum, or others.

o Write and optimize smart contracts using programming languages like Solidity.

o Implement tokenomics, including token issuance, transfers, and redemptions.

o Collaborate with data engineers to understand Azure data structures.

o Develop processes to create tokens on the blockchain based on loyalty points and update databases accordingly.

o Ensure seamless integration with Azure SQL and other relevant systems.

o Initiate smart contracts for token creation when users convert loyalty points into tokens.

o Implement marketplace functionalities on the blockchain, ensuring tokens can be redeemed and spent.

o Verify that the blockchain/ledger supports all transactions efficiently.

o Provide blockchain wallet functionality to all stakeholders, ensuring wallets reflect their earned and spent tokens accurately and securely.

o Design robust security protocols for blockchain systems.

o Optimize the blockchains performance to manage high transaction volumes effectively.

o Develop decentralized governance models for decision-making. o Implement DAO frameworks to enable stakeholder participation.

Skills and Qualifications:

o Expertise in blockchain platforms such as Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, or Solana.

o Strong knowledge of smart contract development in languages like Solidity, Rust, or Golang.

o Experience with cryptographic techniques and distributed systems.

o Hands-on experience with blockchain development tools (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Remix).

o Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.

o Proficiency in database systems such as Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

o Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. o Clear and effective communication skills to work with diverse teams.

o Adaptability in fast-paced, agile environments.

o Familiarity with token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721) and NFTs.

o Knowledge of blockchain-driven loyalty programs.

o Experience with DeFi applications or decentralized marketplaces.
