• Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Java Developer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. This role requires expertise in Spring Boot and Spring MVC to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable applications. As a Senior Java Developer, you will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead the development and implementation of RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Spring MVC frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership within the team, mentoring junior developers and reviewing code to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues related to scalability and efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance legacy applications, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and perform regular code reviews.
• Document technical specifications and best practices to support project knowledge sharing.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Java development, with in-depth knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring MVC frameworks.
• Strong expertise in Java 8+, including multithreading, collections, and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks such as Hibernate and JPA.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is preferred.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and build tools (Maven, Gradle).
• Strong understanding of Spring Security for managing application security.
• Experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and integration testing practices.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) for distributed system design.
• Familiarity with frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to work effectively with front-end teams.
• Prior experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
