Responsibilities Include:
- Managing employee records and HR databases.
- Ensuring compliance with labour regulations and company policies.
- Supporting the HR team in Payroll Input and verification of Output, disburse the salary as per the TAT and on boarding processes.
- Managing employee benefits and payroll & Compliance processing.
- Ensure and monitor the on-boarding processes including E-Mail Id generation, BGV initiation, Employee file, Offer & Appointment Letter, Employee Identity Cards, Employee details entered in HR Portal and Induction.
- Responsible for Employee Engagement including Rewards and Recognition
- Driving the Employee Referral programme across the Schools
- Attendance and Leave Management
- HR Refresher Training Sessions on HR Policies and Procedures
- Handling employee queries and resolving HR-related issues
- Ensure the Exit Interviews completed for every Exit, Monitoring the HRMS id, Biometric Id and E-Mail id deletion
- Performance Review Co-ordination, HR Audits, HR related Vendor payment, Training Coordinations.
- Handling MIS
