JOB PURPOSE: This role will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Team by managing the backend operations of Business Development function.

Education: Bachelors / Master's Degree in any discipline.

Preferred if Candidate is from Finance Background.

Experience: 8-10 years

Required Skills/Abilities/ Qualifications:

- Bachelors / Master's Degree in any discipline.

- Prior experience of working in Finance Domain or Understanding of preparation of Business Models etc.

- Strong Analytical ability.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Having Attention to Details.

- Excellent Relationship Skills.

- Ability to translate complex concepts and methodologies into easily understood language.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) or related software.

- Excited about- working in a start-up as part of- a fast-paced and rapidly evolving team.

- Candidate to be willing to travel.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

- Lead Generation and Lead Validation.

- Review of all BD Proposals and Coordinate with Internal Stakeholders for Presentation preparations.

- Preparation of Business Models.

- Coordinate for Term Sheet execution.

- First Level review of all Legal documentation and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for closure.

- All BD related documentation preparations and coordination with stake holders for process closure.

- Coordination and Maintain relationship with all Consultant and Add more Supply chain for lead generation.

- Performs other related duties as assigned
