Project Manager - Web/Mobile Application

We are looking for a Project Manager who has to work with product manager at client side and get the changes implemented from developers. Provide time to time status reports as requested by client-side manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the established quality standards.
• Motivate and mentor team members to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate resources and ensure appropriate staffing throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Hold regular project meetings, ensuring all team members are aligned with the projects objectives.
• Identify and assess project risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address project challenges, providing solutions as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed quality expectations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
• Provide post-project evaluations and recommendations for future improvements.

Skills & Experience

• 8-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of mobile application development (iOS/Android) using Java/Kotlin programming languages.
• Experience with web application development using PHP/Laravel/WordPress technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Project Management Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Project Management Tools (MS Project, MS Excel, JIRA)
