Job Description:

Capital Airgun Manufacturers Private Limited, a licensed manufacturer of firearms and airguns under the Camstar brand, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling airguns and firearms, ensuring precise tolerances, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble airguns and firearms as per technical drawings and specifications.
• Inspect and verify components for accuracy, ensuring all parts meet required tolerances.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to maintain assembly standards.
• Identify and resolve mechanical fitting issues during assembly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality control procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical components.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize assembly processes.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a mechanical fitter, preferably in the automotive or precision manufacturing industry.
• Education: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, or related field.

• Skills:
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems is a plus.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to work with small components and perform manual assembly work.
