Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Mumbai based Endpoint Security team

The Endpoint Security team is responsible for supporting Russell Investments Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Mobile Device Management (MDM/MEM), and our next gen Anti-Virus solutions

Youll work alongside the Seattle based Cybersecurity team, IT support teams, and other groups within Russell Investments to ensure our Endpoint Security platforms are configured and performing optimally

Your expertise in Endpoint Security technology will be crucial in safeguarding our organization's critical assets and ensuring the integrity of our systems and data

Years Of Experience

Minimum 3 yearsexperience in Cybersecurity or related field

Qualifications

Experience with or knowledge of at least one of the following technologies:

Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

Mobile Device Management (MDM/MEM)

Next Gen Anti-virus (NGAV)

ICAP Anti-virus solution for NAS

Special Requirements

Occasional after hours or weekend work as needed

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support Endpoint Security platforms, including DLP, NGAV, MEM/MDM

Create and maintain documentation

Assist with various projects, including platform refresh and upgrades

Investigate DLP related alerts

Ensure all endpoints, including workstations and corporate managed mobile devices are in compliance with corporate standards

Understand and enforce Russell Investments security policies and standards

Propose solutions to enhance our security posture

Provide monthly metrics on system compliance, as well as other reports as needed

Develop and maintain operational procedures

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field

Relevant certifications (e g

, CISSP, CEH, GCIH, etc,) are highly desirable

Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role within Cybersecurity

In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, methodologies, and best practices, including network security, host security and application security

Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 27001

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex issues and propose effective solutions

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
