R&Rs :

1. Assisting with onboarding and exit operations in Mumbai:
1. Sharing HR startup forms, creating employment agreements, ensuring timely documentation, releasing PF forms, clearance forms, and exit forms.
2. Following up on contractual payouts for and collecting - sharing relevant documents centrally.
3. Preparing internal reports or managing other meticulous tasks.
4. Assisting with HRMS and health insurance tasks, including deletion execution.
5. Supporting in running LI positing calendar
6. Supporting employee engagement activities centrally:
1. Planning and execution, particularly for Mumbai
