Rupicard - Copywriter (1-5 yrs)

We're seeking a creative and dynamic copywriter with a passion for crafting compelling video ad scripts in Hinglish and Hindi, along with a knack for social media strategy; and experience in writing video ad copies for B2C/DTC brands. If you're a wordsmith who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is meticulous with an eye for detail; and can ensure error-free copies in harmony with the brand, we want to hear from you! This role will be instrumental in shaping our brand's voice and driving user growth across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Video Ad Scriptwriting: Develop engaging and persuasive video ad scripts for performance marketing in Hinglish and Hindi, tailored to different target audiences and platforms. This includes conceptualizing storylines, writing dialogue, and ensuring scripts align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

- Content Creation: Write various content, including push notifications, SMS, in-app, WhatsApp comms, and other user-facing touchpoints. Work as required for social media captions, YouTube video scripts, blog posts, website copy, and other marketing materials.

- Research: Conduct comprehensive research on market trends to stay informed of industry developments. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in content marketing, video advertising, and social media.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and take complete ownership of your projects from inception to completion, collaborating seamlessly with design and video partners.

- Adaptability: Swiftly adapting to our ever-evolving narrative, quickly absorbing and aligning with our brand tonality and values.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG degree or equivalent experience in Advertising

- Relevant experience ranging from 1 to 5 years

- Strong portfolio of video scriptwriting, and social media content creation.

- Excellent command of Hindi; English and Hinglish; both written and spoken.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Portfolio showcasing video ad scripts and social media work.

- Ability to understand and communicate with 'Bharat' users.

Bonus Points:

- Experience with video editing or production.

- Familiarity with social media and SEO analytics.

- Knowledge of any other regional language.

- Experience in B2C space in the finance industry.
