Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for an AVP Estimation at Ruparel Realty Live Iconic in Mumbai.

- The AVP Estimation will be responsible for overseeing cost estimation processes, preparing budgets, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure accurate cost estimates.

Qualifications:

- Strong experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.

- Knowledge of construction materials and methodologies.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and project management tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or MBA.

- Professional certification (PMP) is a plus.
