AGM - PR

Job Summary:

The AGM - PR will lead public relations and corporate communication strategies to enhance the brand reputation, manage media relations, and develop impactful communication campaigns. The role requires expertise in building a positive image of the organization and ensuring effective stakeholder communication within the competitive real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with business goals to enhance the organizations public image.
• Plan and execute campaigns to promote key real estate projects, corporate milestones, and other initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for thought leadership and leverage media and events to position the company as an industry leader.

Media & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media agencies to ensure positive coverage in top-tier publications and platforms.
• Act as the key spokesperson for the organization and manage media queries, interviews, and press events.
• Oversee crisis communication to address issues promptly and protect the companys reputation.

Content Creation & Communication

• Craft compelling press releases, media kits, articles, speeches, and other communication materials.
• Supervise the creation of high-quality content for online and offline communication channels, including newsletters, blogs, and social media.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints to strengthen the brand voice.

Event Management & Brand Promotion

• Plan and coordinate press conferences, launches, corporate events, and sponsorships to drive visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR efforts with broader branding and advertising initiatives.

Monitoring & Analysis

• Track media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide insights and adjust strategies as needed.
• Measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns using analytics and reporting tools, ensuring ROI on communication efforts.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, PR, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in public relations, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Experience managing large-scale PR campaigns and working with senior leadership.
