The Supervisor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity within their team or department. The Supervisor Manager will play a key role in implementing company policies and fostering a positive work environment. Role & responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their performance meets company standards.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation.
• Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance issues or disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate with HR for employee development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Process Improvement: Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and streamline procedures.
• Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on team performance, operational metrics, and other relevant data to upper management.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts or issues that arise within the team or with other departments in a timely and effective manner.
• Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing customer complaints or concerns as needed.
