Exhibition Stall Designer 3D

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Exhibition Stall Designer to conceptualize, design, and execute innovative and visually appealing exhibition stalls for trade shows and events. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in 3D design software and a deep understanding of spatial planning, branding, and material usage to create impactful designs that align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize & Design: Develop creative and functional 3D stall designs based on client briefs and brand guidelines.
2. Software Expertise: Create 2D/3D models, renders, and technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
3. Client Collaboration: Interpret client requirements and present design solutions that align with brand messaging and event goals.
4. Spatial Planning: Optimize stall layouts to ensure effective space utilization, audience engagement, and traffic flow.
5. Material Selection: Suggest appropriate materials, finishes, and technologies for stall structures while balancing aesthetics and budget.
6. Project Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, production teams, and project managers to ensure on-time execution.
7. Design Presentation: Prepare and deliver visually compelling presentations of design concepts to clients.
8. Innovation & Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends in exhibition design, technology, and branding concepts.
9. Timely Delivery: Work under tight deadlines while maintaining high design quality and attention to detail.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong creative visualization and spatial planning skills.
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, and exhibition structures.
• Ability to translate client briefs into innovative and practical designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with time management and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in exhibition stall designing.
