Job Role Responsibilities: Follow the KPIs as defined by leadership. Handling staffing partners to fulfill ATS requirements. Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process (requirement sharing with staffing partner, selection process, approval). Tracking of headcount. Developing strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers for Planning Hiring Activities. Self-Development. Collaborate with Team Leads to assess needs and create a recruitment plan for ongoing upcoming campaigns. Identify and use the right source of mix managing job portals, alumni networks, internal referrals and activating vendor partners for optimum delivery. Engage with Placement Coordinators across campuses to hire best young talent Improving the recruitment process.
