We are looking for a Data Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Candidate will be responsible for accurate data collection, Processing, modeling and analysis. The candidate needs to have exposure and experience in understanding data used in contact center operations.
Key Responsibilities : Candidate should be having thorough knowledge and professional experience in "MIS Reporting", preparation of MIS. Analyst reports to detect problems during data collection and help review data that has been collected. Team handling skill. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity. Analyze large datasets using statistical methods, data mining techniques, and predictive modeling to identify patterns and trends. Interpret and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations. Extensive daily excel based (Use of advance excel) reporting. Operational MIS and dashboards for all business verticals. Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, charts, and reports to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner. Automate reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information. Need a basic understanding about PowerBI, AIML (Python, Automation). Derive insights from electoral and demographic data using statistical techniques Analyst unstructured data sets including reviewing data for completeness and consistency and make recommendations. Keep track of industry best practices about data security and policies. Drive data quality throughout the organization.
