Account Executive

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Office Accounting:

• Oversee and manage daily office accounting operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and other relevant records.
• Reconcile office-related accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, ledgers, and journals.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

2. Depot Accounting:

• Handle accounting transactions related to depot operations, including managing inventory and operational costs.
• Reconcile depot accounts and ensure accurate reporting of depot activities.
• Process invoices and ensure compliance with established accounting protocols.
• Prepare financial reports related to depot operations for management review.

3. E-commerce Vendor Accounting:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for E-commerce vendors.
• Process payments and ensure timely settlements with E-commerce vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of all vendor transactions and agreements.
• Reconcile vendor accounts, ensuring accuracy in payments, returns, and other related activities.
• Address any discrepancies or issues related to vendor accounts and resolve them promptly.

4. General Accounting Tasks:

• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
• Monitor and track budgets, ensuring that expenditures align with company forecasts.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on office and depot accounting.
• Experience in handling E-commerce vendor accounting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word), SAP.
