We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead a team. Your role is to guide the team and be the point of contact for all team members and team related matters. You must be able to act proactively, setting the example for the team, ensuring smooth operations, effective collaboration, and ultimately the achievement of the projects goals.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO,SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build Maintain all social media presence across all digital channels
Coordination with team to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Keep up to date with any social media trends, new google algorithm update or any other news related to Digital Marketing.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Plan, execute, and measure experiments, conversion testsInstrument and optimize user funnels for Ads.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Identify and work with a team for opportunities for SEO and SEM improvements, landing page improvements and calls-to-action.
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO for targeted keywords.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Set clear team goals, oversee, and manage day-to-day operations.
Monitor team performance and motivate team members to achieve all goals.
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
Mediate and resolve any conflicts or issues.
Be a point of contact to all the Clients.
Handle client meetings, shoots and other designated digital tasks.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Digital marketing with Minimum 2 year of experience managing teams (10+ members).
Good knowledge of Digital Marketing: Social Media Marketing (Organic Paid), SEO,SEM, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing etc
Must have completed Google certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics GMB
Strong functional experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suit (apps).
Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly communicate in a dynamic environment across all levels.
Analytical with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to exercise mature judgment and structured decision-making.
