Job Description


  • You excel at selling high ticket and complex ad tech solutions (display retargeting) to brands and/or Tier1 media agencies at director.level.
  • You know how to get around within prospects companies and as well as within the company you work for, to get your work done.
  • You enjoy working as a Challenger in the market that has the ambition and offering to take the number 1 spot in its space digital advertising solutions.
You Will:
  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into RTB House customers on the Indian market. Generate direct sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closure;
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (decision.makers) of brands and agencies and comprehensively expand the portfolio of RTB House s new clients. This is a role focussed on New Business.
  • Participate in product and offer presentations/pitches to prospective clients and agencies. Analyze sales statistics and formulate sales strategies to determine and achieve desired growth. Partner with technical and account management teams;
  • Execute customer communications via telephone or email, in line with standards and procedures. Create formal offers and present them to potential customers;
  • Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction;
  • Report on the status of sales processes regarding both existing and potential customers;
  • Develop professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions.
Desired Experience:
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry including major recent trends, knowledge of the RTB model is a must. Understanding AI, especially Machine learning and Deep Learning is key to be successful.
  • 6.8 years of successful sales experience in the digital advertising industry is a must. If you have less than 6 years of sales experience in Digital/Retargeting, this role is not for you.
  • Proven existing, meaningful relationships with Tier 1 direct clients where you can exhibit both Leadership and Leverage.
  • Thought leader in online advertising. That comes with both experience and mindset coming from the number of years of both success and failures.
  • You dream big, know how to get the work done and have fun while doing it.
  • Great analytical skills, persuasion, exceptional negotiation, communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Minimum . University degree, Post Graduate is a plus.
