Job Description

Meeting with the account management team to discuss the clients requirements
Gaining an understanding of the target audience and business that the advert is aimed at
Will be executing ideas into all forms of visual communication media
Handling a team which will consist of Graphic Designer, Visualizer, Copywriter
Will be responsible to plan and review the performance of juniors/ team-mates and accordingly providing training & development initiatives
Will be responsible for business orientation
As required giving creative presentations to the clients or internal team
Taking responsibility & initiatives in overall cost-reduction
Taking responsibility & initiatives in overall revenue generation by planning with Client Servicing Manager.

Candidates Requirement

Good Communication skills.
Proactive, interactive & smart in approach.
Willing to take responsibilities of brands, designing
Creative inputs and ideating the concepts etc.
Mentored a team or a single individual.
Contribution towards winning awards.

Experience 5-10 years mandatory from Healthcare Advertising

Qualifications Preferred BFA (Bachelor in Fine Arts) preferred but not mandatory with the right experience.
