We are seeking a talented and experienced Cross-Platform Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with a focus on creating applications that seamlessly run across various operating systems, including Windows and Linux.

As a Cross-Platform Software Engineer / team lead, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge, high-performance software solutions that cater to diverse user environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Cross-Platform Development : Design and implement software applications that are compatible with multiple operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality across Windows and Linux platforms.

- Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) : Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Code Optimization : Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code, employing best practices for cross-platform development to enhance software performance and reliability.

- Collaboration & Integration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, cross-platform solutions.

- Problem Solving : Identify and address technical challenges related to cross-platform development, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of projects.

- Adaptability : Keep abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends, and apply that knowledge to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cross-platform development efforts.

- Hands-on experience on Web Development, Mobile Development, Console Development.

- Should be able to maintain databases in SQL, MySQL.

- Contribute to the design discussions, perform analysis where ever required to support/back up design decisions.

- Provide technical expertise to support team during incident/problem resolution.

- Ability to monitor and analyse production application logs.

- Ability to do the reviews and follow the process methodologies and documentation.

- Team lead : Ability to handle a team of 4-5 software engineers & resolve their software coding issues to have on time delivery of the complete software.

- Should be able to handle queries / issues of multiple different software platforms & guide the team members.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in developing cross-platform applications for both Windows and Linux environments.

- Must have experience on frameworks like, .NET Framework 4.

- Familiarity with cross-platform development frameworks and tools

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience with version control systems and agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques for cross-platform applications.

- Experience in using Database: MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL.

- Managed Web Servers : IIS 6.0 and IIS 7.0, Apache
