Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and scale the tech team while being hands-on with C#, .NET, Azure, and PostgreSQL.
- Drive software development using serverless architecture.
- Build and mentor a top-notch team, ensuring global standards.
Requirements :
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies.
- Proven leadership in building tech teams from scratch.
- Strong experience with Azure, PostgreSQL, and full SDLC.

- Python experience, social housing sector knowledge.
