Job Description
- This position will lead the development & deployment of EHS at all locations of RSPL Ltd.
- Strong knowledge base in EHS legal compliances related to Factories Act, Environmental Regulations & Fire Act etc.
- Experience in ESG & Sustainability reporting (BRSR, GRI reporting)
- EHS Trainings including BBS, Chemical Handling, Machine Safety, Material Handling, Fire fighting, Work Permit etc.
- Develop, implement & evaluate procedures related to EHS
- Development & implementation of guidelines in line with EHS Policy
- Accident investigation & reporting to identify root causes of accident
- Coordinate & lead Health Awareness Programs
- Cooperate with plants to identify short & long term EHS programs
- Experience in ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Certification
- Develop & maintain strong relationship across organization
- Effective implementation of Environmental / Sustainability Programs which includes - Water & Energy Conservation & Waste Management Program etc.
- EPR Management
- Experience in ETP Operations & maintenance and waste management
- Experience in Design, installation, operation & maintenance of Fire fighting & Detection System
