Role & responsibilities

Coordinating the maintenance team for troubleshooting, Preventive maintenance, and

CLTI and Predictive maintenance.

• Prepare Preventive and Predictive maintenance planning & Execution.
• SAP PM Module end user.
• Preparation of MTBF, MTTR and RCA machine downtime analysis documents.
• Control Breakdown- To keep breakdown within pre-define limits.
• Dealing with motor,VFD, PLC, HMI, Transformers, relays, and Circuit breaker.
• Diagnosed and repaired complex issues with PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs, minimizing

downtime.

• I have handling maintenance of Utility likes- Air Compressor, Water Chiller, Cooling

tower and D.G

• Working on SAP S/4 HANA PM and MM module as a core team members.
• Preparation of maintenance planning and machine downtime analysis documents

. DG,ACB/VCB/Earthing/Motor/Starter/Transformer/Cable /UPS knowledge.
