Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

This role will work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights that support decision-making and business growth.

The Senior Finance Manager will manage financial analysis, risk management, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

You will play a key role in optimizing financial performance, managing cash flow, and ensuring the organization's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Provide insightful financial analysis to senior management, highlighting key financial trends, variances, and opportunities for cost-saving or revenue enhancement.

- Review financial results, analyze discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly/quarterly forecasting, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial targets.

- Collaborate with department heads to gather budget inputs and ensure the accuracy and feasibility of financial plans.

- Monitor financial performance against budgeted targets and provide variance analysis.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:

- Manage cash flow to ensure the company has adequate liquidity to meet its obligations and invest in growth opportunities.

- Optimize working capital by managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory levels.

- Develop strategies to improve cash flow and reduce financial risks.

Financial Strategy & Decision Support:

- Partner with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and business plans.

- Provide financial insights and data to support strategic decision-making, including investment proposals, business expansion, and cost-reduction initiatives.

- Identify financial trends and performance metrics that drive business value and profitability.

Compliance & Internal Controls:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax laws.

- Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

- Oversee audits and manage external auditor relationships to ensure the timely and efficient completion of audits.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals to enhance their skills and ensure optimal performance.

- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members.

- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to drive team success.

Cost Management & Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and enhance profitability.
