Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
   • Lead and manage the delivery of projects from initiation through to completion.
   • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations and budgets.
   • Able to manage both time and material and fixed price milestone-based projects.
   • Ensure that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
2. Team Coordination:
   • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, design, QA, and business teams).
   • Ensure resources are allocated effectively, utilised maximum and resolve any resource conflicts.
   • Provide guidance and support to the team to achieve project goals.
3. Stakeholder Management:
   • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership.
   • Regularly communicate project status, dependencies, risks, issues, and budget consumption status to stakeholders.
   • Gather and manage feedback from clients to ensure expectations are met.
4. Risk and Issue Management:
   • Identify, assess, and manage risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
   • Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
5. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure that the product or service delivered aligns with customer requirements and quality standards.
   • Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
   • Understanding of quality metrics
6. Continuous Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, tools, and techniques.
   • Conduct retrospectives to review project outcomes and implement improvements in future deliveries.
7. Budget and Resource Management:
   • Ensure the project stays within budget and monitor expenditure.
   • Manage resource allocations and other expenditure to control costs and maximize margin.
   • Forecast future revenue plans from the projects
   • Oversee resource planning and allocation to avoid delays or resource shortages.

Key Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects or services.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Payments domain experience is a plus.
