Role Description:

As a Site Engineer at RREN Consultants and Contractors Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects. This entry-level position offers an opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in site management, safety compliance, quality control, and project coordination.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Assist in project planning, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain compliance with protocols and standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, oversee material and equipment inspections, and manage the execution of structural work such as reinforcement, formwork, and concreting activities on-site.
• Lead and supervise site teams, ensuring proper work practices and efficient task completion.

Quality Control and Reporting:

• Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with structural specifications, including the inspection of reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pour quality.
• Conduct tests and checks on concrete strength and other materials to ensure they meet required standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly.
• Resolve any construction-related issues that arise during project execution, focusing on structural quality and material integrity.

Documentation and Communication:

• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including reinforcement placement, formwork setup, concreting procedures, and material inspections.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations and timely delivery of milestones.
• Conduct end-of-day assessments and plan for the next days tasks, ensuring proper alignment with project goals and timelines.

Training and Development:

• Participate in training sessions and lectures to enhance skills and knowledge related to reinforcement, formwork, and concreting processes.
• Assist in preparing case study reports and documentation for training activities to promote continuous improvement within the team.
• Take part in leadership development programs, honing skills in team management, project coordination, and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Knowledge of construction methods and practices is a plus.
• Willingness and readiness to work night shifts as required by project needs.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi, facilitating effective communication in diverse teams and with clients.
