Purpose of the Role

For Testing of Transformers

Key Metrics of the Role

Good knowledge of Transformer Testing as per IS/IEC/IEEE/ANSI. standards (Type Routine Testing of Transformer).
Coordinate activities: final inspection and internal testing.
To coordinate non-conformances observed internal testing.
Handling Customer Inspections independently.
Handling of Internal testing shifts independently.

Key Deliverables

To ensure that Transformers are inspected and tested as per the applicable specifications.
Should have knowledge of NABL documentation activity.
Reporting and analysis of non-conformance during testing of Transformers
Planning execution of on time calibration of instruments before due date.
Arranging for repair/maintenance of measuring instruments
Active participation in implementation of Corrective / Preventive actions.
Attitude towards safe working.
