Manager - Electrical

The Manager - Electrical is responsible for overseeing and managing the electrical engineering activities within the organization. This includes leading a team of electrical engineers, ensuring the successful completion of projects, and providing technical expertise in electrical systems and equipment. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement electrical designs and solutions to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems, products, and solutions.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in all electrical engineering activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and project managers, to develop integrated solutions.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of electrical equipment, components, and suppliers.
Review and approve electrical engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for electrical engineering projects.
