Job Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve aggressive revenue targets across diverse product lines, including power cables, conductors, and more.
  • Develop and Execute Winning Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets, expand into new product verticals, and solidify our position as a market leader.
  • Champion Customer-Centricity: Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
  • Spearhead New Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, actively seeking out new industrial, export, and consultant partnerships.
  • Lead with Innovation: Drive the adoption and promotion of new product offerings, ensuring successful market penetration and customer adoption.
  • Optimize Dealer Networks: Manage and optimize our dealer network, identifying opportunities for growth, implementing incentive programs, and ensuring seamless coordination between dealers and internal stakeholders.
  • Champion Operational Excellence: Ensure timely manufacturing clearances, negotiate favorable terms with customers, and adhere to KECs high standards for order processing and financial management.
  • Cultivate a High-Performing Team: Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales and marketing team.
  • Develop Future Leaders: Identify and mentor high-potential team members, providing opportunities for professional growth and contributing to the development of a strong internal talent pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership within the EPC industry, specifically within the power transmission and distribution sector.
  • Deep understanding of the EPC project lifecycle and the dynamics of the power cable and conductor markets.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Commitment to KECs core values of integrity, customer focus, innovation, and excellence.
