- Champion safety and quality: Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident environment. Uphold KECs high-quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Foster strong relationships: Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project checklists and achieving satisfactory customer performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management, with a strong focus on finishes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
