Job Summary:
The role of a Lead Architect is pivotal in shaping the built environment to reflect the vision and goals of an organization. With a focus on innovation and sustainability, the Lead Architect steers the architectural process from conception through to completion. This includes ensuring compliance with technical standards (TS), selecting appropriate materials that balance cost and performance, and optimizing designs for energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal. Collaboration with a diverse team of professionals is key to aligning architectural solutions with business objectives, while also meeting the technical requirements of each project. The Lead Architect must also manage timelines effectively, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule without compromising quality or functionality. This holistic approach to architecture not only enhances the functionality and efficiency of spaces but also contributes to the well-being of those who inhabit them.

Lead the architectural design process, including gathering and analyzing requirements, creating architectural design, and defining technical specifications.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines.
Evaluate new technologies and tools to support the continuous improvement of architectural processes and practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
Mentor junior architects and developers to foster professional growth and development.
