Job Responsibilities

• Project Execution Powerhouse: Take charge of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget. Proactively identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks, fostering seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, SCM, and project stakeholders.
• Financial Acumen in Action: Analyze project financials, including revenue, profitability, and cash flow, preparing insightful reports and presentations for leadership. Implement digital dashboards and reporting systems to enhance financial transparency and decision-making.
• Champion of Continuous Improvement: Spearhead initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize project outcomes. Drive the adoption of digital tools and methodologies, such as Primavera P6, to elevate project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Relationship Builder and Influencer: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and project teams. Effectively communicate project updates, address concerns, and champion KECs commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Culture Catalyst: Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment, embodying KECs core values of integrity, excellence, and teamwork. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and support the development of team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and digital tools.
• A passion for infrastructure development and a commitment to KECs values.
